Diamis offers bespoke training services to best match its customers requirements, ranging from in-house training courses to train the trainer sessions. Training includes both functional and technical areas.

Each release of our products comes out with a set of documentation : product functional specification, user manuel, Installation guide and operating documentation.

Customer Support / Hot Line

Thus, Customer Support Centre depends heavily on good communication with our customers, measuring our performance, interpreting the results, exchanging ideas and the efficient implementation of improvements to the support process.

The function of the Customer Support Centre is to provide the primary interface, between the customer and Diamis, for the resolution and administration of software problems. These issues are those reported by the customer that occur on software and systems supplied to them by Diamis.

The Customer Support Centre aims to achieve the following objectives:
Continuously improve the support process, level of service, and customer satisfaction,
Provide customers and Diamis staff with a clear understanding of the support process,
Build an extensive pool of product knowledge within the Customer Support Centre,
Reduce dependency on the Maintenance Team and bring Case resolution closer to the customer,
Establish clear accountability for the support process,
Encourage a proactive rather than a reactive process.

Diamis’ Quality Assurance policy applies to Customer support and is subject to audit, as part as Diamis ISO certification.
