The function of the Customer Support Centre is to provide the primary interface, between the customer and Diamis, for the resolution and administration of software problems. These issues are those reported by the customer that occur on software and systems supplied to them by Diamis.
The Customer Support Centre aims to achieve the following objectives: Diamis’ Quality Assurance policy applies to Customer support and is subject to audit, as part as Diamis ISO certification. |
